flow

We grow through partners. That's a design decision, not a sales channel.

flow is the platform; the deployment is yours. What you sell isn't a messaging module — it's the system a business will run its processes on, and the roadmap to replace the stack around it. The product was built to be extended by people who are not us: a build tooling every tenant can use, a component contract every vendor can implement, and a multi-tenant estate any partner can administer. Four programs, one platform.

Technology partner

Identity verification, fraud and risk, telephony and CCaaS, payments, e-signature, OCR, vertical systems, model providers.

  • Package your product as a certified component with our SDK or the build tooling
  • Distribution: every tenant on the platform can enable it; every agent can call it
  • Usage metering, and revenue share where you sell through flow's catalog
  • Joint reference configurations for banking, insurance and telecom
  • Named engineering contact; certification in weeks, not quarters
Good fit if your product is called during a conversation — verifying, scoring, paying, signing, looking something up.

Solution partner

System integrators, consultancies and specialist firms that design, deploy and extend flow for banks, insurers, telcos and large organizations.

  • Own the deployment: integration with core systems, control framework, program, first-line support
  • Build capabilities for your customers with the same tooling we use — and keep the margin
  • Enablement: architecture training, reference policy cards, sandbox tenants, delivery playbooks
  • Co-delivery on your first deployments; joint pursuit on named accounts
  • Partner-managed estates: you administer your customers' tenants
Good fit if you already deliver customer-communication, CRM or core-system programs in regulated industries.

Channel & reseller

Distributors, WhatsApp BSPs, vertical software vendors and regional resellers with an installed base of businesses.

  • Resell flow with margin; pricing and packaging for your market
  • Partner console for provisioning, support and billing views
  • Sales and technical enablement; demo tenants with industry scenarios
  • Second-line support from flow; first-line tools for your team
  • Territory and vertical arrangements where it makes sense
Good fit if you already sell messaging, telephony, software or IT services to businesses in a market or vertical.

Platform & white-label

Banks, telecom operators, BSPs and large software vendors that offer flow to their business customers as their own product.

  • White-label deployment: your brand, your terms, your pricing, your component bundles
  • Self-serve onboarding under your brand; tenants live in minutes
  • Capabilities you build shipped to every tenant in your estate
  • Usage-based platform cost with your margin; billing integration
  • Private or dedicated deployment where your regulator requires it
Good fit if you have thousands of SMB or business customers and a reason to keep them — an account, a line, a product.

What we bring

The platform, the agent model, and the tooling to make it yours.

We don't compete with our partners on delivery. We build the platform, keep the agent model and policy framework current, certify components, and support the first deployments together. The domain, the relationship and the deployment are yours.

Product

Platform, agents, build tooling, component SDK, partner console, reference configurations per industry.

Enablement

Architecture and delivery training, sandbox tenants, demo scenarios, policy-card library, security documentation pack.

Engineering

Named contact, certification support, roadmap input, early access to new components and agents.

Commercial

Margin or revenue share, joint pursuit on named accounts, co-marketing where it helps, territory arrangements where sensible.

How it starts

From first conversation to first deployment.

Conversation

Your market, your customers, what you bring. We show flow running on a scenario close to yours.

Fit & program

We agree the program, the commercial model and the first target — a component, an account, a market or an estate.

Enablement

Sandbox tenant, training, reference configurations, security pack. Technology partners start certification.

First deployment together

We co-deliver the first one. After that, you run — with a named engineering contact and second-line support.

Questions partners ask

Before the first call.

Do you sell direct?
We work directly with a small number of early enterprise deployments and with professional-services firms in our home market. Beyond that, deployments go through partners, and we route inbound interest to the partner best placed for it.
Who owns the customer relationship?
The partner. Contracts, pricing, support and account management are yours in the solution, channel and platform programs. flow contracts with the partner. Technology partners contract with flow for the component and, where relevant, with the tenant for their own product.
What if our customer wants to build their own capabilities?
They can — that's the point of the build tooling. Solution partners typically set up the guardrails (review gates, component enablement) and take on the larger builds; customers handle the rest themselves. Both are billed on usage.
Can we run flow ourselves for our customers?
Yes. Solution and platform partners can administer estates on the shared cloud, or run a private or dedicated deployment with our support. Operations training is part of enablement.
How is pricing structured?
Platform usage — seats, conversations and AI usage — with partner margin or revenue share by program. Components sold through the catalog carry their own metering. We share the model in the first conversation; there's no per-feature licensing.
Which markets?
The platform is language- and market-agnostic; channels, identity and payment components are what differ. We're actively building partnerships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and are open to conversations elsewhere.

Tell us what you bring.

A product, a practice, a market, an installed base. We'll come back with the program that fits and a working demo on your scenario.
